Dynamite’s First Women’s Main Event Booked For St. Patrick’s Day Slam (www.cagesideseats.com)

Tony Khan recently told the media that women would soon main event an episode of Dynamite. We didn’t have to wait long for that promise to be kept.

We’ve cheekily called Dr. Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa’s feud the biggest in AEW women’s history, but it’s no joke. Earlier tonight (Mar. 10), their latest battle ended with Baker attacking Rosa with a crutch after the former NWA Women’s champ led Hikaru Shida & Ryo Mizunami to victory over the good doctor, Nyla Rose & Maki Itoh.

That was enough to get TK to book an unsanctioned lights out match between Rosa and Baker for the Mar. 17 edition of Dynamite, now dubbed “St. Patrick’s Day Slam”.

Here’s what else is on the card…

  • Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston team up to start getting revenge for what happened at Revolution. They’ll face Kenny Omega’s Good Brothers, Impact Tag champs Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson, who had another run-in with Eddie tonight.
  • Cody Rhodes vs. Penta El Zero M was set up when Penta confronted Cody after his win tonight. The two both came up short in the ladder match won by Scorpio Sky at last Sunday’s PPV.
  • Big Money Matt Hardy signed up The Butcher & The Blade, so they’ll team with him & Private Party against Jurassic Express & Bear Country.
  • Jade Cargill will be in action.

Sound good? If so, grab your favorite green beverage and meet us back here for St. Patrick’s Day Slam.
